Is this product suitable for my dog?
This dog door is designed to be used by labradors, German shepherds etc. up to a shoulder height of 630mm (25”).
 
Is this product suitable for installation into glass?
No. The product is not designed to be suitable for installation into glass.
 
Is this product suitable for installation into a wall?
Yes. Instructions for wall installation are in the fitting instructions with the product and can also be found on our website.
 
Are wall liners available for this product?
No. For walls and doors thicker than 50mm we recommend you cut your own door liner using a suitable 2mm metal sheet.
 
Is the product supplied with frame liners?
Yes. It comes supplied with 50mm frame liners.
 
Can the dog door be blocked off?
Yes. It comes supplied with a locking panel and two locking pins.
 
Can I get spare parts?
Yes. Spare parts, such as replacement flap (Part No. 909), locking panel (Part No. M216SP1) and locking pins (Part No. M215SP2), are available on our website.
